Networking Breakfast: Right Kind of Wrong 🤔
Finish Time 10am
We used to think of failure as a problem, to be avoided at all costs. Now, we're often told that failure is desirable - that we must ‘fail fast, fail often’. The trouble is, neither approach distinguishes the good failures from the bad. As a result, we miss the opportunity to fail well.
Amy Edmondson is the world’s most influential organisational psychologist and this networking breakfast will be an opportunity learn the lessons of failing well while building professional connections and partnerships.
The morning will start with networking (and coffee) followed by a 30 minute exercise to help you apply some of the lessons of Right Kind of Wrong into your own work and life. No prep required, just bring a notepad, pen and yourself! We'll supply the rest (including a tasty spread.)
Reading the book is absolutely NOT required. However if you'd like to grab a copy, do click here.
